ABOUT THE ROLE
Mova Stack is an English learning system for IT professionals that focuses on real work, not theory.
Our students are developers who already have technical skills, but cannot confidently communicate in English at work.
We are looking for a trainer who will help them improve their communication in everyday work situations: meetings, code reviews, task discussions.
You will work according to a ready-made structure and scenarios, without having to create materials yourself.

DUTIES
• Conduct online sessions with IT specialists
• Work with real-world scenarios (meetings, standups, code reviews)
• Help students build clear and understandable answers
• Correct errors and improve wording
• Track students' progress and weaknesses

REQUIREMENTS
• English level: C1 or higher
• Understanding of IT processes (Agile, Scrum, teamwork)
• Teaching or communication experience
• Ability to explain complex things simply
• Structural thinking

• Experience working in an IT team
• Experience working with developers
• Understanding of technical terminology
• Experience in holding meetings or facilitating
