We are looking for an Instructional Designer to help develop this system, create learning scenarios and improve the student experience.
You will work on creating structured learning materials, scenarios and systems that scale.

DUTIES
• Develop learning scenarios for IT English
• Create structured curricula
• Optimize existing materials and processes
• Work with Notion system and templates
• Implement modern approaches (AI, scenario-based learning)
• Work together with teachers to improve student outcomes

REQUIREMENTS
• English level: C1 or higher
• Experience in creating educational materials
• Understanding of instructional design
• Systems thinking
• Ability to work with structure and processes

WILL BE A PLUS
• Experience in EdTech
• Understanding of IT
• Experience with Notion or other systems
• Experience using AI in education
• Experience building scalable learning systems
